Online/remote — individual and group supervision

Supervision should feel like a space where you can pause, think, and feel supported in the work you do. My approach is grounded in a balance of guidance, shared responsibility, and a strong commitment to high standards of care. Influenced by Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), I aim to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and free from shame — where you can reflect openly on your work.

I believe we grow most when we feel able to bring not only our successes, but also our uncertainties and mistakes. This work can be demanding, and having the right space to think and process is essential. I offer a steady, thoughtful environment where you can make sense of challenges, learn from experience, and reconnect with your confidence, creativity, and professional judgement.

Alongside individual supervision, I also offer group supervision, reflective practice, and support for creative health projects. These spaces can be especially valuable for teams — encouraging shared thinking, connection, and a sense of being supported in the work you do together.
